How big can my files be?

The maximum size of the attachment that you can upload via our website is 25 MB. The resolution of the image cannot exceed 10000 x 10000 px. In the case of seamless patterns, you do not have to send us a file that has been prepared to fit the entire width of a fabric bolt – all we need is a report, that is, the smallest repeatable element of the pattern, which we will prepare for printing on our own.

If you have a bigger file, you can share it with us using a free file hosting service, such as wetransfer.com. Please inform us about this via e-mail or through a comment on your order and provide a link to download the file. Remember, however, that the file sent this way should not exceed 1,5 GB. If you print a file of a specific size, its length must not exceed 5 meters.

Double-check the dimensions of the files you upload via WeTransfer. The file must be at least 1 meter in length, but not longer than 5 meters. Always round up the file length to a number divisible by 10! For a 1,47m file, round up the length and save it as a 1,5m file.
