How long does it take to process orders?

Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
Production time depends on the type of fabric:

• cotton, organic cotton, viscose, linen: 3–5 business days

• polyesters: up to 10 business days

• silk: around 20 business days

• reactive printing: individually determined

When adding a fabric to your cart, you’ll see the estimated shipping date — it’s updated regularly based on our stock levels and the number of orders in production.

We make every effort to complete all orders on time. In case of unforeseen issues (such as printing errors or fabric imperfections), we will promptly inform you about any delays.
