CottonBee x Asia Wójtowicz Tote Bag Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

• 1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

1.1 These Terms and Conditions specify the rules for participation in the giveaway organised by Prosker Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Płock, Poland, at ul. Kostrogaj 9D, 09-400 Płock, Tax ID/NIP: 774 321 07 15, REGON: 14585516, KRS: 0000399562.

The giveaway will be held on the following Instagram profiles (“Contest Pages”):

www.instagram.com/cottonbee_fabrics,

www.instagram.com/cottonbee_stoffe,

www.instagram.com/cottonbee_textile.

1.2 For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

1) “Giveaway” means the CottonBee x Asia Wójtowicz Tote Bag Giveaway organised by Prosker Sp. z o.o.;

2) “Contest Task” means the task that must be completed in order to participate in the Giveaway;

3) “Participant” means a person who fulfils the requirements specified in these Terms and Conditions;

4) “Organiser” means Prosker Sp. z o.o., operating under the CottonBee brand;

5) “Winner” means a Participant selected by the Organiser in accordance with the rules specified in Section 3.

1.3 The Giveaway will be held from 2 July 2026 until 14 July 2026 at 11:59 pm CEST.

1.4 To participate in the Giveaway, Participants must complete the Contest Task specified in the giveaway post published on one of the Contest Pages and described in Section 3.

1.5 Participation in the Giveaway is voluntary and means that the Participant accepts these Terms and Conditions.

1.6 This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.

1.7 Meta is not responsible for the organisation or conduct of the Giveaway. Any claims or questions concerning the Giveaway should be directed only to the Organiser.

• 2. PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY

2.1 Participants are informed about the rules and course of the Giveaway by the Organiser in these Terms and Conditions and in the giveaway posts published on the Contest Pages.

2.2 By entering the Giveaway, Participants accept the rules specified in these Terms and Conditions.

2.3 Participation in the Giveaway is voluntary and free of charge.

2.4 The Giveaway is open to natural persons who are at least 18 years old and reside in the European Union.

2.5 Employees of the Organiser and persons directly involved in the organisation of the Giveaway are not eligible to participate.

2.6 Participants who provide false, incorrect or incomplete information, or enter the Giveaway on behalf of another person, may be excluded from the Giveaway and lose the right to receive a prize.

2.7 If a Participant does not meet any of the requirements specified in these Terms and Conditions, the Organiser may exclude that Participant from the Giveaway.

2.8 The Winner consents to the publication of their Instagram username in the announcement of the Giveaway results on the relevant Contest Page.

• 3. COURSE OF THE GIVEAWAY

3.1 To enter the Giveaway, the Participant must:

• follow the relevant Instagram profile: @cottonbee_fabrics, @cottonbee_stoffe or @cottonbee_textile;
• like the giveaway post;
• answer the following question in the comments under the giveaway post: “What else should we create with this orange print?”

3.2 Participants may submit their answer in English, Polish, German or French, depending on the Contest Page and post under which they enter. On the @cottonbee_fabrics profile, Participants may submit their answer in English or Polish.

3.3 The Organiser will select 12 Winners in total:

• 3 Winners from the Polish-language entries submitted under the @cottonbee_fabrics giveaway post;
• 3 Winners from the English-language entries submitted under the @cottonbee_fabrics giveaway post;
• 3 Winners from the German-language entries submitted under the @cottonbee_stoffe giveaway post;
• 3 Winners from the French-language entries submitted under the @cottonbee_textile giveaway post.

Winners will be selected based on the creativity and relevance of their answers.

3.4 Each Participant may submit one entry and may win one prize only.

3.5 Each Winner will receive one ready-made CottonBee tote bag featuring an original pattern by Asia Wójtowicz. The prize will be provided in the language version corresponding to the entry category: Polish, English, German or French.

3.6 The Winners will be announced within one week after the Giveaway ends, in the comments under the relevant giveaway post and/or via direct message.

3.7 Winners will be asked to provide their shipping details via direct message. The Winner must respond within 72 hours from the moment the Organiser sends the message. Failure to respond within this period may result in another Winner being selected.

3.8 The Organiser is not responsible for failure to deliver the prize if the Winner provides incorrect, false or incomplete shipping details.

3.9 The prize will be sent by the Organiser to the Winner within 15 business days after receiving the Winner’s complete shipping details, subject to the completion of any complaint procedure, if applicable.

3.10 The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other equivalent. The right to receive the prize cannot be transferred to another person.

3.11 Shipping costs related to sending the prizes will be covered by the Organiser.

• 4. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

4.1 Any enquiries or complaints concerning the Giveaway should be sent to [email protected].

4.2 A complaint may be submitted only by a Participant of the Giveaway.

4.3 Complaints should include the Participant’s Instagram username, contact details and a description of the issue.

4.4 The Organiser will review complaints within 14 days of receiving them.

• 5. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

5.1 The controller of personal data collected in connection with the Giveaway is the Organiser: Prosker Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Płock, Poland, at ul. Kostrogaj 9D, 09-400 Płock, Tax ID/NIP: 774 321 07 15, REGON: 14585516, KRS: 0000399562.

5.2 Personal data will be processed for the purpose of conducting the Giveaway, selecting Winners, announcing results, shipping prizes and handling possible complaints.

5.3 The personal data processed may include: Instagram username, name and surname, email address or other contact details, telephone number and shipping address.

5.4 The legal basis for processing personal data is the Organiser’s legitimate interest in conducting the Giveaway and handling related claims and complaints, and, where applicable, the necessity to take steps related to the Participant’s participation in the Giveaway.

5.5 Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the Giveaway and, in the case of Winners, to receive the prize.

5.6 Personal data may be transferred to service providers cooperating with the Organiser, including shipping companies, only to the extent necessary to send the prize or conduct the Giveaway.

5.7 Personal data will be stored for the duration necessary to conduct the Giveaway, ship the prizes and handle any complaints or claims, and thereafter for the period required by applicable law.

5.8 Participants have the right to access their personal data, rectify it, delete it, restrict its processing, object to processing and, where applicable, request data portability.

5.9 Participants also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
