What technology do you use for printing polyester materials?

Polyester fabrics available in our offer are printed using sublimation printing technology. Sublimation is a printing technology in which the print is first applied to the transfer paper. The printed paper is then applied to the fabric and both are placed in the calender. There, in high temperature and under pressure, the dye particles penetrate the structure of the material. Prints made using the sublimation method are permanent, imperceptible on the surface of the material, and do not wash out. In the case of sublimation-printed knit fabrics, there is no white base fibre showing when the fabric is stretched. Dyes used in sublimation printing are water-based substances, free from solvents and harmful chemicals.
