Print technology

Loopback Jersey Reactive is printed using reactive printing technology. Reactive dyes bond to the fabric, making it resistant to abrasion, fading in the wash as well as in the sun. The print is also on the selvedge of the fabric, so panel printing is not recommended.

Usage

Cotton Loopback Jersey is a stunning fabric for sweatshirts, hoodies, comfy pants and lounge sets, but you can easily use it to create warmer jackets or hats and scarves.

Frequently asked questions

What is reactive printing?

Reactive fabric printing is a printing method that relies on inducing chemical reactions between the dye and the fabric fibres. There are chemicals in the dye that react with the fabric fibres, penetrating them to a depth. The result is long-lasting and intense colours that resist fading even after many washings.

What is OEKO-TEX certification?

OEKO-TEX® quality certification determines the safety of textile products intended for skin contact. When you print cotton fabrics at CottonBee, you can be sure that the final product meets all the strict requirements of the OEKO-TEX® standard.

What are the applications of reactive printing?

Reactive printing is used in a wide range of industries, such as clothing, advertising, automotive or decoration, making it possible to create a variety of products such as clothing, bags, flags or banners.
