Print technology
Single Jersey with Lycra Reactive is printed using reactive printing technology. Reactive dyes bond to the fabric, making it resistant to abrasion, fading in the wash as well as in the sun. The print is also on the selvedge of the fabric, so panel printing is not recommended.
Usage
Cotton Single Jersey with the addition of lycra makes for a great fabric for leggings, fitted t-shirts and any stretchy garments. The addition of synthetic fibre not only increases the elasticity, but also the longevity of the fabric.
Care instructions
Wash in temperature below 30-40°C using a programme for delicate fabrics, preferably using phosphate-free detergents. Spin in low speed (max. 400-600 spins/min). Do not use bleach or harsh stain removers. Iron on inside out in temperature 150-180°C using a cotton setting. Avoid tumble drying. Dry flat. Alternatively, hang fabric on a clothesline with a towel to dry, preferably in the air. Do not dry in direct sun.
